Local cafes and visiting street food vendors

Credit: Dharmendra Patel
We have lip-smacking, mouth-watering, deliciously diverse food choices for you, all listed below. This year the street food area is in TC Hayes car park, so there’ll be plenty of room to sit and enjoy some finger-licking foodie heaven from our line-up of indie trucks and stalls. It’s just a few yards from the main music stage and next to the festival's 'The Common' green space family picnic area.
Up and down Bearwood's high street we have plenty of local cafes too. Within the street closure area you can sample some of Anil's curry outside the Desi Sweet Centre, enjoy Turkish food at Anatolia Cafe or Caribbean bean stew from Reggae Kitchen. There's a full English at Serenity Cafe, bagels and coffee at Craft Cafe, avo, eggs and halloumi at Bearwood's newest cafe addition, Tamu, or sample Birmingham's Second best place to eat (Trip Advisor) The Old Dresser cafe.
Further down is the Artisan Craft Market (click here for a list of stalls) and Clock Stage make sure you try the falafal at Why Not Coffee or pop across to the Baguette Shop. Then right by the cafe you'll have The Edge at the bus station to get your coffee kicks.
We share our festival with the Lightwoods House Vintage Fair inside the house 11:00-3:00 and The Bearwood Community Earth Market 12:00 in front of the house, accompanied by the jazz/blues sounds of Out of the Blue on the bandstand from 1pm
